5. Shipping & Storage

• We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to addresses outside the U.S., including the UK, EU, or other international destinations.

• Many of our products are perishable and require refrigeration ("Keep Refrigerated"). Please plan to receive and refrigerate your order promptly upon delivery.

• We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed pickup, incorrect shipping addresses, or delivery delays outside our control.

• Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the contact information below so we can make it right.
